Collector's Club FAQ's
1. What is the Lumps Collector's Club?
The Lumps Collector's Club is a subscription-based service where you’ll receive exclusive monthly packs filled with limited-edition prints, stickers, rare objects, and the chance to receive original artwork directly from Sam’s Studio. Each item is one-of-a-kind and once it’s gone, it’s never reprinted!
2. Can I buy just one pack, or do I need to subscribe?
You can buy a one-off pack if you prefer not to subscribe. However, subscribing gives you exclusive access to discounts & occasional members-only items.
3. How often will I receive a pack?
Packs are shipped on the 27th of each month. If you subscribe, you’ll automatically receive a pack each month until you decide to cancel. If you purchase a one-off pack, it is a preorder and will still be shipped on the 27th of the month (or the next working day if the 27th falls on a weekend or holiday).
4. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account under the Subscriptions section. You will not be charged for any future packs once you cancel, but you will receive the pack for the current billing cycle if you're still active.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship internationally. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.
6. How do I know when my next pack is shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your pack is on its way. All packs are shipped on the 27th of each month, so you’ll know when to expect them.
7. Can I change my subscription details?
Yes! You can update your subscription details, including shipping address and payment information, through your account.
8. What happens if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, we’ll send you an email notification asking you to update your payment details. You’ll have 3 days to update it before your subscription is paused.
